Hello old friend #seattle @spaceneedle Walk with me in the Legvtakhevi Gorge in Old Town Tbilisi. Waterfall at the end! Reminiscing on these beach days in Greece and getting ready for warmer weather! How cool are the domed roofs of the sulfur baths in Tbilisi? Many treatment options are available at the bathhouses in Tbilisi, Georgia, but I chose a kisi (exfoliating) scrub. After soaking in the sulfur pool to soften my skin (Image 1), I was told to lie down on the marble slab (image 2). The woman began to use a rough mitt to scrub off the dead skin all over my body. A few summers ago, I spent a week in Georgia (the country). I knew I absolutely had to check out the stinky but relaxing sulfur baths that the city is famous for, and I was not disappointed. The second picture shows the bathhouse along the banks of the Tsavkisitskali River in the bathhouse district of #Tbilisi Nothing like a staycation at @theremedydayspa to get me feeling refreshed. Perfect for a private soak and a massage. Check the link in my bio to read more about it. The @chihulygardenandglass museum is one of my absolute favorite museums ever, and the fact that it is at the base of the iconic #spaceneedle makes it even better.
